It is available to all CAL FIRE personnel, their families, and retirees. The app grants users unrestricted 24/7 entry to information and resources covering a wide array of wellness tools, programs, and services, including Behavioral Health and Wellness Tools, Mindfulness practices, Stress Management techniques, and more.
